I love movement! Seniors we will be moving. I'm going to give you lots of prompts but I love collaboration. I want you to be so comfortable so don't be afraid to try something new! No poses are wrong and you might just love it!
After you reach out I'll send over a questionnaire that helps me get to know you. I'll ask about what activities you are into and what sort of location would fit you vibe best! I can't wait to meet you!
